Plumber needed to pick up a part and said that he would be right back. Three hours later, I called and spoke to the owner who said that they had other jobs and wouldn't be returning. When I pointed out the horrible service and lack of consideration, the owner hung up. AVOID them at ALL cost!!!

Amazing Company, I have read through many of the reviews and I first have to say, Give them another chance, there customer Service it's absolutely thorough, Kind polite, they keep you updated if the installer is running early, or maybe a bit behind. they confirm when you ask to have a reminder call. Jim the installer knows what he is doing, with the pandemic he practices safely protocol. If you need to have anything explained he doesn't rush out takes the time to do that. The company has branched off to independent contractors Jim is one of them, and Tracy who Runs the Customer Service part of it is as sweet as anyone can ask for.
