Precise Remodeling completed a wonderful remodeling project at our home. This was our second project with them and the results are brilliant. We did an extensive kitchen remodeling project with them and the end result was a beautiful and open concept home. Michael was helpful and an excellent guide. They know how to deliver quality and good customer service. I would highly recommend Precise Remodeling to my family and friends.

We had Precise Remodeling do a complete kitchen remodel, 2-bathrooms, built- ins etc. and they did a fantastic job. I can honestly say with a 3-month remodel, we finished on time and even slightly under budget. He and his guys always made themselves available, returning calls quickly, answering questions etc. I can only say...We have received so many compliments on our project.

I called Talia for remodeling of my bathroom. She was very prompt in response. Michael was able to come same day to look and provide free estimate. he came on time, he explained me the process, cost and what is the best. Michael is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the steps including getting city permit. Highly recommended!!

We highly recommend Precise Remodeling for any remodeling work. We had Joseph redo our bathrooms, close off a wall and install French doors, and other tasks, and the results are first-class. Beautiful work! Every operation in each of the rooms was performed smoothly and efficiently; demolition was quick with daily cleanup of the debris. We received four quotes for the work, and Michael's price was right in the middle. It was a good decision. We would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone.

Precise Remodeling & Design are terrific remodeling contractors. They're knowledgeable, dedicated and totally responsible. The things I liked most about working with them was that they always did what they said they would do, they were always on the job and they were easy to work with. Their work is top notch and I would highly recommend them no matter the size of the job.

I was very worried about getting contractors to my house. I needed help with the new cabinets for the kitchen and what happened at the end. I had Precise Remodeling and Design to do it for me. I heard stories before of people that waited 3 months for the job and the contract said it will take only a month . Not my case !! They told me 3 weeks and it took 3 weeks.Their manager Michael was very honest with his words. I had them to do my bathroom as well. Very very satisfied with honest service.

I had them renovate my entire kitchen room area. They did an absolutely fabulous job. I'll admit, at first I was not so sure if they could complete it on time but they actually got the whole project completed before the deadline and that was impressive. Precise Remodeling and Design did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Our project manager Michael, was in constant contact with us explaining all the issues and timing. Their representative Talia would always return our calls promptly, crew was skilled, helpful, friendly and professional. We needed several repairs for our home and also requested a few improvements in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The individuals at Precise Remodeling and Design were all extremely professional and did an amazing job. I was very impressed with the speed in which they completed our wish list and I also appreciated their punctuality. Our house looks so much better now and it was done at a reasonable cost! Precise Remodel and Design did a complete renovation inside my master bedroom/bathroom and I couldn't be happier and pleased with the completed project. In the end, these guys delivered 100%. My tenants moved out last month and left my condo a mess. My beautiful wood floors had to be replaced due to so much damaged, the entire kitchen was disgusting and had to be remodel entirely, I can’t even explain the bathroom’s condition that also both had to be completely remodel from top to bottom. To make it short, Precise came to the rescue lol, not only they gave a good price to remodel the entire place, they helped me get some discounts on new and much needed appliances. They are great and believe me they’ll help you as much as they can. Thank you Michael and Joseph for understanding my situation.

I'm actually pretty impressed, I hated my bathroom for so many years and finally convinced my husband to change it, after we bought our home 10 years ago.
I came across Precise and from the first call it was smooth and efficient! Thalia the secretary who made the original appointment was such a sweetheart, then Michael came and gave us an estimate, and also made a beautiful 3D design of what the finish project would look like, changing the location of the vanity, the toilet and turn the tub into a shower... they promised to be done in 4 weeks and got it done in 3, very pleased with that. We got grey-ish color subway tile in different sizes and hexagon accents (usually I'm very bad in design), Mike did all the matching of colors, it not only looked fantastic, but it was something I would never think of! I was so happy.....Everything was flawless the inside the shower, new shower head in rainfall style, and complete new plumbing... it looks like a spa in here!... 5 stars, thank you Michael and Thalia!

I actually found Precise Remodeling & Design online, when i was looking for a general contractor to help up with our garage conversion project. Both Michael & Joseph came out to inspect our project and give us a quote. They were able to give us a quote that was in our ball park, and they showed us pictures of a similar project they just finished. Before meeting Michael & Joseph we met a few other contractors, and none of them was as knowledgeable as Michael. Once the city approved the plans, the project took exactly two months from start to finish. We ended up changing our mind about the design a couple of times throughout the process, and Michael was always patience & accommodating. The workers did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. From the workmanship to the customer service, overall a cery easy company to work with. Highly recommended!

Michael, Joseph and the rest of the team at Precise Remodeling did a great Job on our kitchen remodeling project. From the moment we met with Michael we were impressed by how knowledgeable he was, and we liked the fact that he was able to provide us a 3D design right there at the appointment. Michael had some good design ideas that we ended up using. We took a few weeks to explore other quotes but decided to go with Michael and his company, and we glad we did. Their crew of workers were easy to work with (arrived every morning, left the home clean at the end of each day) and are very meticulous. Mike, Joseph and Talia communicated with us daily, and a few minor technical challenges that came up during the construction were solved without delay. Even the city inspector was saying they did a very clean job. We would definitely recommend Precise Remodeling and Design to anyone that is looking to redo his kitchen.
