Fortunately, we resolved the situation quickly and worked together for another 2 months before we parted ways. I wish them and their new pool service all the best.

Speechless. Unfathomable unprofessionalism. Precision Aquatics was taking care of our pool service. Then we asked to have some repair work done to the lip of a step. The owner sent his adult brother to our house to start draining our pool. A few minutes after his arrival and prepping his equipment I went outside to talk to the guy and FOUND HIM DEFECATING IN MY YARD!!! Needless to say they were fired and we found someone else to take over our pool service (and at a much cheaper rate!)
