Precision Building Corp/ Paul Oakley did an excellent job repairing our solid front door with stained glass panels. He made our door work beautifully, lock correctly, replaced the weather stripping and close correctly. Our front door has not ever been this good and we have owned it over 30 years! Then he repaired our kitchen door to our pool area in the same fashion. This door was built with the house in 1979. Paul was efficient and precise, correct and courteous. I can highly recommend Precision Builders.

Precision Building Corp came recommend to us by a friend to build a new custom home for us, from the very first meeting we had with Paul it was evident he had a vast experience and knowledge of what needed to happen to get the house built from foundation to handing us the keys to our beautiful home, work was first class, great contractor and company to work with.

We hired Precision Building Corp to perform a complete remodel of our home and add an addition of a master bedroom and bathroom, we could not be happier with the end result, Paul and his crew were very professional and kept us engaged through the process, Paul’s knowledge and experience is evident in the technicalities we encountered in our remodel, he worked closely with our Structural Engineer and Architect to find solutions with the least amount of cost and delay and kept the project moving and on schedule, the crew were very accommodating when it came to making small changes, they performed them with none to minimal charge.

We recently remodeled our downstairs kitchen, living room, and dinning room. The remodel required us to install a few beams in our ceiling, a couple new posts to support the beams, and the entire floor was replaced. It wasn’t a HUGE job, but it was a big job and Paul and his team were fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly helpful and attentive to our concerns, particularly when it came to managing our budget. He took the time to understand our vision and helped us make smart choices that allowed us to stretch every dollar without compromising on quality. The team of trades he brought in—painters, electricians, plumbers, and even engineers—were all extremely professional, skilled, and very helpful. There was never an issue with getting someone in to help make a last minute touch up or fix a small imperfection.

What we really liked about Paul was his attention to detail and the time he spent talking with us to make sure every aspect of the remodel was done with our intentions in mind. He, personally worked hands-on throughout the remodel, and consistently checked in to ensure that everything was progressing smoothly and according to plan. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident in every phase of the project.
