    Beware!

    Terrible! Hired Diego from Precision Carpentry to replace windows and siding on a customers house. Complained about everything! The job started out with him attempting to use a framing nailer to install pvc trim and hardi plank siding. The window install seemed to go ok, garage door opening was trimmed improperly, no weather cuts on any of the band trim boards, not sure about the Facia yet. They attempted to trim one window with 5/4 x 4 pvc, at first they were adding cardboard around the window nailing flange to shim past the nailing flange and had nailed the drip cap to the top of a new window (does not belong there) it belongs on top of the new window moulding. I asked him to take his guys off the job and come do it himself. He said I would have to wait until he finishes another job. I told him no way you can't leave this house open to the elements. At that point, he came to the job and took all of his stuff, said he was too busy to complete my project. Left me with tyvek on the house, new windows installed, 1/4 of the trim done and no siding!
