Signed contract to finish basement and agreed to complete work within a month. Started work on time, but was behind scheduled. Took additional money to add more people and complete work quickly. After a month of starting work, stopped to receive my phone calls and text messages. Lied to me about permit being approved. When I checked with township, found that no permit was ever applied. Overall a very bad experience and am still hunting to get another contractor to finish my basement.
