We have used Precision Construction 5 times within the last 5 years. 3 of those times was at our personal residence. First was extending the roof to cover a large back patio, something we had been told by another contractor couldn't be done. Second was a complete remodel of our basement which included adding insulation (there was none), new drywall (there was none), texturing and paint, new dropped ceiling, ceiling fans with lights, some new windows, upgraded bathroom with new shower. Third was a complete kitchen remodel. The space was totally gutted...new cabinets, new appliances, one wall extended, new canned lighting along with a pendant light, new floor covering and paint. Fourth was new railing for an "off the ground" porch at our rent house. Biggest project involved complete remodel of a third property we own...it is now like a new house inside and out and has been placed on the market to sell rather than rent. We would not consider using anyone other than Rocky Valentin. He does quality work, he's dependable and honest.
