From the planning stages until the day you move in (and even after), Dan and crew are there to plan, organize, and answer questions. They work to make sure the building process goes smoothly, timelines are met, and that the job is completed within budget. Phone calls are returned in a timely umanner and they are very hands on. We picked a bad time to build a custom home in hindsight. Inflation and interest rates filled our building experience with stress and uncertainty. The only reason we were able to weather these uncertain times was because of Precision. Here are some of the highlights from our experience:
The team at precision is outstanding at communication. Through phone calls, emails, or texts, they get back to you quickly. Questions, concerns, updates, and changes don't fall through the cracks.
Related to communication, the Precision team made me feel like I was their only customer. They made my project feel like a priority. They were personally invested in my happiness and satisfaction.
The precision team makes quality homes. It's not just pretty paint and finishes, either. The home is solid. Sturdy foundation, solid framing, expert plumbing and electric, beautiful custom built-ins. This home was made to last.
They delivered our dream house. From the plan design through the walk-throughs up to the final product, we got exactly what we asked for (although over budget due to inflation).
Thank you Dan, Katy, Jared, Tad, Brittany, Larry, and everyone else. It was great working with you!
