Marc installed a new AC on august 13, 2021, the next day the unit was blowing warm air and not functioning properly. Marc came out and determined that there was a leak in the coolant line, all the coolant had leaked out (showed me with his flashlight). Indicated that it was a faulty unit and would be replaced (obviously still under warranty). Although Marc never gave me the warranty information. Almost a year later the defective unit is still here, I have communicated with Marc at least monthly for updates. He has told me no fewer than 8 times he would be there to take care of this. In fact this last week he told me he would be here Friday, Monday and again on Wednesday to “get me wrapped up”. Guess what he didn’t show or call, which has been his MO for the last 11 months. I paid him in full on August 11,2021! When I questioned his integrity and customers service, he blew a gasket! He has painted me into a corner and have no recourse but to pursue other means to make myself whole….
