Should be a zero star company. TERRIBLE communication and completely incompetent. Your lucky to get a call back. They randomly show up to work. All they care about is your money and not making anything right. Leave all their cigarette butts in the landscaping. We had to micro manage the project cause the employees or foreman didn't know what they were doing. Foreman just stands around on the phone the whole time. Nothing but problems with this company. Took over a year to build and technically not even done yet as they have never shown up to take wrinkles out of the liner. They are not even competent enough to know what they use to build as they left the bottom drain open and the pool drained itself so they quit for the remainder of last year. Had to register all the equipment myself for warranty. Pump they put in is junk, noting "Whisper Quiet" about it and they refused to resolve the issue on brand new equipment THEY installed.
They tell you they leave the pool crystal clear when they open it, but they didn't even vacuum it out OR balance the water. The pool was left with piles of dirt all over the bottom, which you could hardly see. Of course, no return phone call and had to spend $100 on chemicals the next day just to get it open for the kids. The pool store was amazed by the incompetence that a pool company would even do this.
Here's a quote from their website, "We work hard to maintain our excellent reputation and set a high standard. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction."....100% lie. Find a reputable company that you can actually find through the BBB.
