Precision Wood Floors

Five years ago , Andy refinished our entire downstairs (3 rooms ) plus 18 steps , a hallway and a bedroom. Our carpet was 30 years old . The pad was stuck to the wood , crumbling and time consuming to remove !
He put up tarps to contain the dust . Powerful fans in the windows pulled dust out . Plus specialized machinery and a powerful vacuum to clean up afterwards .We were pleased with the results , beautiful!

Fast forward 5 years . We needed another bedroom refinished. We sought out Andy again . 15 year old rugs this time . Wood floor was in decent condition this time . Just one room but he was here 3 days in a row , doing each step , not taking any short cuts .
The floors he did 5 years ago still look great , they stand the test of time .
Andy is professional, friendly and neat and clean ! It’s obvious he enjoys his work . It’s a labor of love . Highly recommend !

I highly recommend Precision Wood Floors! Andy is fantastic to work with and reasonable! He is courteous and professional and takes the time to explain the process. He had refinished my floors approx. 12 years ago and just recently refinished my daughter's bedroom. Not only did he match it perfectly to the existing floors, he was able to sand away years of paint splatter and fill any scratches/holes. My daughter's bedroom floor looks brand new! I cannot thank Andy enough!

Working with Andy was great. He is a true professional and his work is fantastic. We needed original hardwood floors matched to new wood being installed. Andy matched the stain color perfectly to the new flooring and everything looks beautiful.

He was easy to work with and very helpful answering all of our questions prior to the work getting started. He truly cared about our needs/wants for the house and made sure we were happy before, during, and after he completed the work.

While he was here working, Andy was neat and clean. We never noticed any dust after he left for the day. He put up tarps to protect the areas of our home not affected by the project and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
