    Jackson Deaquino, Preferred Builders has been my go-to guy whenever I need a contractor. Without hesitation I would recommend Jackson and his crew for any and all general construction needs.
    I met Jackson some five years ago when he was totally renovating a two-family apartment building behind my house. I watched as his skilled crew completely gutted and restored a building that at first sight was nothing but an eyesore.
    Interior: new kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, ceilings and flooring. Exterior roofing, siding, new windows and a drainage system to protect the base of the newly renovated building.
    Additionally his crew is respectful of not only the area they are working in but the surrounding properties as well.

    Jackson and his crew were extremely professional and they did an absolutely beautiful job on our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their house, from exterior painting to replacing windows to roofing or interior work. Jackson has an eye for detail.
