I met Jay in 2007 during my garage with living area project for 928 Penn. His comprehensive construction knowledge coupled with meticulous detail will give you the project you want. My bid from him was the most expensive but his bid was the only complete bid for everything which also allowed me to make any changes to control costs. After I obtained independent bids for all the sub contracting, I realized the other contractors considered had unrealistic maximum allowances. They wanted me to sign for the low bid knowing that I would have massive overages. Jay's bid actually was the lowest with the allowances removed and his bid became the actual cost with no overage. He also gave me some alternatives on the design that he felt were better and offered me changes at a reasonable cost rather than a penalty for each change. Jay is very knowledgeable and creative with construction and will get the job done the way you want with beautiful results. I used him for my 4000 sq.' paver driveway and many other projects through the years. Understandably, he is very busy so contact him early and give him time to respond. Jack
