We called them out for an emergency AC repair. They were prompt and fixed it on the spot. The cost was fair. We called them out a week later to replace the 17yrs old, worn out AC unit. The price was fair. We got 2 other estimates and Preferred Home Comfort was right in the middle. After the emergency repair we had them fix the week prior, it was a no-brainer. They weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive. They did a fantastic job on the AC replacement. The guys were prompt and professional. The unit works great. We would be happy to recommend Rod Stacy and his company, Preferred Home Comfort, to anyone of our friends and family. They're family-owned and operated and have been in the area for a long time. They showed up on time and ready to work. They did a great job and the price was very fair.
