We had an emergency water damage. Jeremy responded immediately. He installed fans and contained the effected area. Our job involved drying the effected areas, replacing flooring, walls and painting the rooms. His team was efficient, professional and competitively priced. We are very happy with the outcome. Just before the holidays, we had a major water issue that flooded our laundry room, bathroom, and dinning room with several inches of waste water. Jeremy arrived quickly with his team and drying equipment. They quickly identified the problem and immediately began the clean up process. Floors, walls, and fixtures all required removal which was done professionally, safely, and with 'attention to detail' care. Jeremy explained the process, the timeline, and the repairs needed, as well as, providing a written estimate of all tasks, and materials. We are very pleased with all the repairs, communication, and final results, and would easily recommend Preferred Restoration to all our friends and neighbors without any hesitation.
