Hired Preferred Restoration to complete an addition around 4 years ago. Not only have I had to do a number of repairs. I've had to hire other contractors to come in and fix their work because it was done improperly. During the job, Jesse was never to be found. Even hired a teenage kid to come in and paint. Which had to be redone of course. Overall, poor quality work dragged it out 5 months past the time frame, and Jesse will cost you more money in the long run to make constant repairs. Would not, in any way, recommend this so called company.
