A month ago we had our boiler replaced by Mike at Premier 1 Plumbing and Heating. They worked hard and seemed to have done a good job. However they left the old boiler in our yard with the promise of picking it up the next day. After numerous calls and texts to Mike to remove the boiler, many of which went unanswered, we had to arrange to have the boiler removed on our own. Lesson learned: Don't pay in full until the entire job is completed!

Mike Polloni repaired my hot and cold water issue. However, he did not properly repair the leak under my kitchen sink. Made numerous calls and texts over a 4 day period, waited at home, never called. Told me to stop calling him on a text message. He turned off his cell phone and mailbox was full. Called Affordable A-Jay Plumbing and Heating who fixed the leak expeditiously and professionally. I would never use or recommend Mike Polloni due to his unprofessionalism, horrendous customer service, overall rudeness.
