No No No , I would never recommend them to anyone anywhere. Boards cut an inch short and scabbed on under metal flashing to hide the mistakes.. Dozens of screws missed the rafters now it will leak. End trusses not on posts. In and out as fast as they could. Bad crew arguing and no sense of leadership or skill. Not a pro builder by far. Crew did not seem to care and either did Nathan.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Premier Builders LLC has worked on 15 permitted projects.
Premier Builders should be avoided at all costs. First, they placed the concrete for the pole barn nearly 2 hours after leaving the batch plant. ASTM C-94 requires "discharge of concrete shall be completed within 1 1/2 hours after introduction of the mixing water to the cement and aggregate". Second, the posts were not placed in the center of the pour, instead 3 of the 8 posts were placed near the edge providing no support to the structure. Third, workers started erecting the structure before the concrete had any time to set further weakening the structure. Lastly, the joist supports for the 2 x 6 roof rafter were not nailed at all.
I discussed my concerns with Nathan and he dismissed my concerns. I have over 50 years in the construction trade and recognize poor workmanship when I see it. Nathan and Premier Builders are con artists. If they dispute my claims lets go to court.
