When we called them they were able to stop by and give us an estimate on the same day, since we had purchased our hardwood already they started the install two days later. They estimated that it would take about 4 to 5 days but they were done in 3 because the wood was easy to install according to them. They cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and always on time, everybody was extremely friendly and courteous we would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs some flooring done

We called PCR to give us an estimate on thinset removal from leftover tiles along with 2 other companies. The first two companies gave us similar bids that were few hundred bucks lower than what PCR told us. PCR tested the strength of the concrete and the thinset and told us that it would take 2 days because the thinset was thick and the concrete was hard. Other two companies just looked at the thinset and said that they would remove everything with jackhammers and that they would be only a bit of dust. The first company left after only an hour of work and never even notified us and the second one lasted 4 hours and created a mess inside our house.
Adis came with his two other guys and used 2 big grinders to remove all the thinset, it took them 2 days just as promised and they did not destroy my house because they had these big vacuums that sucked in all the rocks and dust.
I would definitely use and recommend PCR because of their professionalism , due diligence and honesty throughout this tough project. they stayed on budget and didn't spring up any additional charges on us .
