    bathroom

    On 5/2/23 Christopher Terry of Premier Consulting & Construction Inc was contracted to renovate my bathroom. The contract specified that that work would be done by 5/23/23. The contract specified that Mr Terry would supply all supplies & materials, obtain necessary permits and get inspections. After collecting thousands of dollars Mr Terry dropped all communication without completing the work. He has not responded to attempts to contact him. It is now November. Mr Terry did not pull permits as per the contract, he did not perform the work up to code and Mr Terry did not provide materials but instead I was coerced into buying all of the materials adding significantly more to the project than was quoted. Many of the materials were then ruined/damaged by unprofessional installation. During this project Mr Terry's contracting license with the city of Denver expired. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next project. Be sure also to Google Christopher Terry in Hawaii and other complaints in Colorado before doing business.

    Unfortunately this is not a client of PCnC Inc. and has no business with either Mr. Terry or his company. If there were any truth to such claims the business would not retain its license.

    Basement Remodel project

    We had a complete remodel of our 1960 era basement. They gutted the existing, finished basement and re-did it to a very high standard. Excellent work and quick to remedy any concerns. The cost was fair, the work was performed on time, the quality was excellent.

    Rebuild a deteriorating deck, pathway and stairs

    For years I have avoided hiring anyone to help me with my deck since my first experience was so awful. I thought I'd try one more time and came across Chris at PC&C. I knew right away he was not like other contractors and not only cared about his work, but the people he worked with. The responsiveness and communication was first class. He met me immediately and made me feel comfortable that the job would be done right and be beautiful. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions only to make the project safer and last longer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to create something I've been dreaming of for years. Once the project was underway, his team was so respectful and worked hard to do good work. Even when the project was complete, Chris took the time once again to meet with me to look over the finalized project. There were a few tweaks here and there and he immediately got his team to fix them. All in all, it was such a great experience to work with a reliable and kind contractor. Thank you for all that you do!

    I had contacted Chris at PC&C after I purchased a property with an uncontacted basement build that i found after the fact of my purchase. PC&C worked with me for the last three years during all my lawsuits on getting my basement remedied. The loyalty they showed to us as a customer incredible. The work they performed to my basement was performed swiftly, they didn't leave junk behind and cleaned up well after themselves. The quality is paramount to their success. I intend on getting more work done on my property and i will be a returning customer. PC&C was great to work with.

    We hired Chris Terry to redo the outside of our house. Tear off the old stucco siding and put up a stone veneer and faux wood log siding. My wife and I could not be more happy and excited by the results. Chris is a down home friendly type guy. He experience and expertise level shows whenever you talk to him. I would call him before I would ever call any other contractor for any further jobs. He truly believes everything should be done the right way the 1st time and if not he will address the situation and has it taken care of right away. He made are whole project enjoyable and not the grind it could of been with the wrong contractor.

    Bike Rack install, roof work, balcony repairs, electrical

    PC&C has helped the Boulder Chamber get our building back into tip top shape. Chris Terry is wonderful to work with, he's very responsive and truly cares about the work and having it done right. They've installed a bike rack, repaired our roof, made our parking lot lights functional again AND upgraded our balconies. The contractors who have been at our building are all extremely courteous, friendly and on time. I highly recommend their services and will definitely continue to use them for work around our building.

    Taking on a project the scope of building a home was a difficult decision. It was overall a great experience working with Chis. His depth of knowledge in all aspects of the process cannot be overstated. He was responsive and guides every step of they way. I couldn't be happier with the end result. My home turned out better than I originally planned and was worth every penny.
