Seller of my home hired these bozos because they were the cheapest bidders and prepaid them to repair our sewer line when we purchased the home. In digging the hole in the ground, they parked an oversized vehicle in our driveway without taking the necessary precautions to avoid damaging the driveway such as putting a cover over or simply some 2x4s down. As a result, the vehicle destroyed a third of our driveway - multiple cracks and chunks of cement. They also broke 2 of my sprinkler head and tore up the grass as well. They then left the job without any notice. I spoke to the head guy Randy who stated he would talk to the owner and get back to me. I never heard back from Randy despite leaving him 4 voice messages. I then called the owner Trevor who denied responsibility other than his employee being negligent in not calling me back. He blamed "ground movement" and "unstable soil" as the cause despite never visiting the premises. He continually avoided me bringing up the fact they could and should have used precautions when parking their oversized vehicle on the driveway without first putting down protection. I informed Trevor I would now have to repave the entire driveway but I did not ask him to pay for it. Rather I suggested a third of the cost (since a third of the driveway was damaged) despite the fact I had to now repair the entire driveway. Trevor stated he would talk to his brother and call me the next day. He never did. A couple months later I called Trevor, reminded him he never called me back and he again stated, he would talk to his brother and call me the next day. He never did. I just left him a voice mail now informing him he is a liar and I would now take this to the next level being small claims where I'll now demand the entire replacement of the driveway. Don't be hustled by these guys. Trevor went as far as telling me over the phone if I asked anyone who knows him, they would say he's "a stand up guy." That was my first red flag indicating this guy wasn't truthful.

Overall, Trevor and his team where extremely professional and hardworking. They were out on a snowy day and were repairing my main water line. Due to a bad locate from the City, they clipped a power line that was "not supposed to be there" according to the City. I was standing there when the City worker was doing to the locate and told Trevor and the team the wrong information. Trevor acted immediately and insisted it was fixed and fixed the right why. I also felt that I was never out of the loop with communication and always knew that was going on and what to expect. I would highly recommend Trevor and his team!
