My husband and I are really in disbelief at how unprofessional Premier Fence conduct themselves. One side of our fence fell down less than a year after it was installed and all other sides are now leaning. It was discovered then that the poles that were put in were 18 inches shorter than stated per contract! The general manager claimed he was there to see the installation (which he was not) and that the poles were not shorter. We then provided him with photos to validate our claim. He fixed one side and then completely stopped communication and responses as to when the other sides would be fixed.. A fence is an expensive investment and we have been trying for months to get them to resolve these issues. Their customer service has been unresponsive, completely unprofessional, and the general manager was even belligerent! We are shocked at this business’s lack of ethics. I would have given them zero stars but am unable too. Beware of the quality and the workmanship of this company!
