This has been my experience with Premier Flooring on a kitchen floor replacement. The installer started by moving the stove out of the kitchen, ripping up part of the old vinyl then deciding that the workplace environment was not satisfactory and making demands to fix it. He left the kitchen unusable.
After some six weeks of trying unsuccessfully to meet his demands, I gave up and hired a new installer. That installer discovered that the original installer had incorrectly measured for the new vinyl and the pattern could not be completely matched on abutting sections. Nevertheless he managed to hide the mismatch in a closet and finished the job successfully (with no environmental changes). He charged me less than half what the original installer had quoted.
The Premier Flooring company is not one I would ever, ever consider again
