Continuously had to call them back out for repair on work that they did and work that mysteriously broke near the repair. They were almost always late or didn't show - I had to call or text constantly to find out when they would be out. They nickled and dimed us to death. Kept hearing how it was so far away to come out each time they had to come out. They bid the job. If it was too far, they shouldn't have bid! We ended up paying extra for stuff that was already on the quote. We were shorted weed control material under the rocks they installed...glad I found it and brought it to their attention or they wouldn't have put more down. Even after that there was still grass coming up under the rocks they installed. They said they would spray down weed killer before laying down the weed control tarp. If they had, the grass would not have been coming up in a couple days! Brickwork for separating rocks from grass was shoddy. It broke within a few days and it was just horrible. Wish I could post pics!! Had to call them back out to do it right! If you hire this company, MY recommendation is to watch everything they are doing and to stay on top if you want it done right the first time. We had to hire someone else to come in and fix what this company said they did. And everything was fixed right the first time with the new person - and no more "mysterious" breakages. Owner agreed to refund our extra monies paid and he said it would then void the 1 year warranty. We agreed. He then changed his mind on refunding the extra monies because, as we were informed by the BBB, that was before we went to BBB. Not true...we have proof that he offered it after the BBB asked him to call us! Buyer beware. I will never refer this company to any of my friends or acquaintances.
