on 10/1/2018 my house had some water damage happen. I called my insurance agent Matthew Beard from Farmers Insurance who referred me to Premier Multi-Service. Tyler and Edgar came out to start the Mitigation process they left 8 machines at my house 4 fans and 4 humidifiers, at first very nice gentlemen no issues quick and prompt. Long story short the machines they left to dry out my house ended up being stolen from their previous employer, the cops came out and returned the property to the rightful owner. I had to let these guys with Premier Multi-Services know that I knew the equipment they were using to do their jobs was stolen from their previous employer when they came out to collect their things. I politely handed them the detectives card and explained to them that the officers released the belonging to the rightful owner, Edgar was very nice besides of course playing the blaming game and denying that the things were stolen. Tyler however was very rude hostile. I would not recommend this company to anyone, nor would I recommend the insurance agent Matthew Beard who is in on these guys scams. This was embarrassing and a very disappointing experience. So glad I was able to help return the equipment to the rightful owner though.
