    So, I want to begin with I had premier plumbers come out on October 19th, 2023. 2 gentlemen show up at the door one Brian says I am training and shadowing Greg he is new. They talk for few minutes then Brian leaves Greg alone and he explains what they are doing and what parts and items will be repaired or replaced. I found it odd the company didn't provide Greg with a uniform to do his job, not a shirt or hat or anything. that was highly unprofessional on their part. That reflects fairly bad on the company that they care so little about their employees. But Greg was polite, honest, hardworking and very knowledgeable. I felt like his customer service experience was above and beyond the call of the job and I also felt like he was honest and trustworthy and treated my home as if it was his home. Greg went to the truck to grab a few things and I look, and Brian is sleeping in the company vehicle on company time. That was oddest thing I have ever seen. Greg comes back and a few hours about 2 and it is all completed he goes and puts all his tools away and cleans up. He made sure the areas were cleaner then when he arrived which was the sweetest thing. You could tell Greg took pride in quality work. He has to go to the truck and wake up Brian to have him help him invoice me for the job and explains what was done. Brian comes back you would think polite as he got to nap on company time but no, he was short and rude to me. This company needs to find 10 more Gregs which will be hard to do. Brian needs to be in another area of plumbing with no customer interaction at all. After they left and I paid i called the office and tried to explain what had happened. They transferred me to a guy named Scott 2x and i got hung up on. The third time i asked if they had GM OR Owner I could speak with, and they said they can't give out his number i would have to talk to Scott. Well, it is clear Scott doesn't want to hear my experience. So, I am going to tell all 3,000 of my fellow church congregates. As the church members are how i got the recommendation in the first place. I will also post to any and all review forums, and the board of education that I sit on. I truly hope that Greg is valued, and they take a hard look at Brian. I am sure Brian maybe a good plumber, but his customer service is lacking in so many areas. Greg is exceptional employee who truly not only cares about the customer experience but also makes the company look Great with being professional. polite. kind and explaining in great detail so the customer feels heard and that the job is being done correctly.
