    Pool remodel

    We had a great experience working with the team at Premier. Initially we found out there would be delays because of material shortages- That was disappointing but our kitchen remodel has been going on for months so we understood . They told us the truth and delivered on that. The workmanship was phenomenal. Could not be happier with the quality and detail that the crews all put into our project. We highly recommend Premier.

    Swimming Pool Remodel

    Just completed a $55,500 remodel with Premier pool Renovations and they did an excellent job. The makeover was not basic it was very detailed and involved structural modifications to the pool shell. We added a 100 sq ft sun ledge and changed all finishes on the pool and spa. Dan, Keith and all the crews were excellent. I could not be more pleased with the new pool.

    Just had $75K project completed, Premier Pool Renovations was about 2/3 of that. Their workmanship and attention to detail was terrific. I could not be more pleased with the way the finished pool has turned out. We did a remodel with new tile and coping and interior finish. We also actually added onto the pool and made a lounging area to but chairs in the water. Its fantastic! Highly recommend.

    Swimming pool and pool deck renovation

    Contracted with this company on March 1st, 2016 to renovate my pool and pool deck with a completion date of mid-May 2016. We were able to use the pool at the end of June. This is August 7th, 2016 and the pool are still not complete. There are issues with the plaster at one of the pool returns & in the spa not being poured correctly around the jets and stones sticking up from the bottom of the spa. The pool cover anchors still need to be installed. I have been trying to get a schedule for 5 weeks now and as of this past Thursday, they are failing to respond. Their previous responses: "we have to check with the service guy who was out"; "we are very busy with other customers"; the Thursday prior to this past one was "they still needed to talk to their service guy, but would be out the next day (Friday). Lack of communication, quality of service, follow-up, customer service and project management are all huge negative issues with this company.

    Remove paint and plaster

    New Plaster Yeah!

    Love our new plaster . We had lived with oour bubbling painted pool the past 4 years and no matter what we did we could not get the paint right. Finally we just had it sandblasted and a new Diamondbrite finish installed. Why did we wait so long?! Very happy with the plaster and Premier.

    Pool plaster done and these guys were the best. They went above and beyond for me. Found my discontinued tile to use as trim on spa and steps. Two other companies said impossible to get. Thank you!

    Very happy with the work that was done transforming our indoor pool.
    It was a complicated pool renovation as we had the depth of the pool changed, the spa removed and every surface being touched and redone.
    The finished pool and surrounding area looks spectacular.

    Premier remodeled our pool in 2010, the whole area is beautiful. We are very pleased with all the hard work that was done. Had it not rained for basically 8 straight days the project would have been as smooth as can be.
    I used two other companies they recommended (Brendan Gibbons Horticultural) for the landscaping and Elegant Fence for the fencing. These were also great companies.

    Pool remodeling was done last spring. The salesman Dan was very honest and even suggested we not do a certain part I had been told must be done. The work was done without a hitch, the scheduling I will give a B as we did have a few days that could have been utilized better. Overall the workmanship is phenomenal and my pool is very impressive. I will gladly share photos if asked. Happy customer.

    Our entire pool area and back patio were redone by Premier. This work was done July 6 to July 22 2012. The pool area is now beautiful. We had a pool inspection done when we bought our house and they recommended Premier Pool Renovations. My husband and I got 3 estimates to be sure and picked Premier for their reputation. We are very pleased with all they did and when asked to give a review I gladly said yes. A+

    Had pool remodeled in Spring 2011, and they did a great job. Had Premier our again this past summer to add a heat pump and some additional masonry work unrelated to the pool. They are reliable and I am very pleased I can give them a good recommendation.
