Terrible experience way behind schedule and communication lacked severely. Buyer beware he has turned off the reviews on his Facebook because they were honest in talking about how terrible it was to work with him. Write a bad review and he will block you from Facebook as well. Pool was not built per the contract, Raphael had no idea of what is actually in the contract.
