    Pool and outdoor kitchen
    $160,000

    They can’t pass permits. Don’t care about anything except when the money is due. Hire subcontractors and then nickel and dime them so they don’t always finish their jobs or clean up. Our outdoor kitchen isn’t even started and pool can’t get permitted because they won’t finish anything 18 months after contract and $160,000 later.
