    Very poor finishes, nails sticking out of the walls, the walls are uneven. Overall very poor workmanship! Will not recommend it! Planning to sell the house before everything starts to fall apart!

    This company builds a nice looking home, but don't expect good customer service. Their painting sub used an indoor stain on our outside deck ceiling. Within 6 months of moving in the ceiling was badly discolored. Instead of fixing the ceiling back to the way we liked and wanted it, we had to settle for them painting over the stain.
    We had numerous problems with the landscaping, but could not get the sub to eternity calls or fix the problems.
    We had cracks in the grout of our bathroom floor. After waiting 6 months or more to get it repaired, the cracks returned again within six months.
    In less than 2 years of moving in our basement developed a bad leak. The builder refused to fix the problem, but sent a guy out to spray a rubbery substance over the leak. I refused this service and got my own plumber to fix the problem which was found to be a poorly installed water line.
    In less than 2 years of moving in one of our air conditioning units failed. After calling Premiers sub several times with no answer or turned calls I had to find someone else to fix the unit, despite being told I had a gen year warranty.
    Our front door glass had scratches when we moved in and after waiting a year to get them replaced, the second set of doors showed up scratched as well. We had to settle with solid wood doors because we could not trust them to provide doors without scratched glass and now more than two years into the home we are still waiting on the doors.
    I have spent thousands of dollars fixing problems this builder ignored and had to settle for less than what we bought because he wanted to save money. His subs are very slow to respond, if they respond at all and then they try to get by with doing as little as possible. These were my experiences and that is all I can report on.
