A FEW DAYS AGO AFTER A LENGTHY RAIN, I NOTICED A LARGE WATER STAIN ON MY UPSTAIRS BATHROOM CEILING. I CALLED SEVERAL ROOFING COMPANIES AND ONLY ONE SHOWED UP TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. RYAN FROM PREMIER ROOFING CHECKED THE CEILING AND ASKED IF HE COULD GO UP INTO THE ATTIC. HE FOUND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK AND IT APPEARED THAT IT WAS COMING FROM THE CHIMNEY. RYAN SAID HE WOULD RETURN AFTER THE RAINS STOPPED TO CHECK THE ROOF. HE CAME A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND DISCOVERED THAT THE SIDING ON THE CHIMNEY WAS COMPROMISED. AS HE TOUCHED IT, IT CRUMBLED IN HIS HANDS. RYAN SENT LOGAN A DAY OR TWO LATER. AND HE COMPLETED THE JOB IN A COUPLE HOURS. RYAN RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND DID A COMPLETE INSPECTION OF MY ROOF AND GAVE IT A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH. WHILE HE WAS UP ON THE ROOF HE PUT SILICON ON A FEW EXPOSED NAILS WHICH COULD RUST AND ABSORB MOISTURE. IT'S IS GOOD TO FIND HONEST PEOPLE WHO AREN'T OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.
