Although I called Premium on a Saturday, I received a call back within 20 minutes. I feared with all the recent fires, my flickering kitchen chandelier was not a lightbulb problem. The problem was identified as the switch and in fact was a risk. The two workers brought the parts needed and installed the new switch professionally, expeditiously and did not patronize me. Despite the weekend, their rates were more than reasonable and COVID-19 safety was a priority. I took their card, so I can patronize them in the future. Electrical problems cannot be neglected or given to amateurs. Kudos to Premier!
