Roy from Premium Remodeling was fantastic from start to finish of my remodeling project. He met me at the property several times to get a more detailed proposal together. He was informative, good communicator and honest. You know those types of contractors that just end up doing the bare minimum and still end up taking twice the amount of time they "estimated?" Roy doesn't that way. I unfortunately didn't choose him for our investment property but wish I had. The contractor I ended up choosing came from a personal reference and we had a good rapport but ended up doing exactly what I said above. Taking twice as long (a little bit of extra, unexpected work, and bad time management and perhaps scattered with a little lazy), and going over budget. Roy on the other hand I believe, from his detailed analysis of every little thing gave me the confidence that he would've finished near to the estimated completion time and would have done so responsibly and with enough detail that I wouldn't feel compelled to go back and go through every little thing to ensure I got my money's worth. During the whole remodeling at the house that included new floor, paint, lighting fixtures, closets and carpet Roy was there to make sure that everything is good and going according to the plan. Roy made sure also that the workers will cover all the things that they won’t replace so they will be protected while they were working.

Premium remodeling is for sure a wonderful company that can take any type of hard project and bring it to life! At first, I had my own doubts about the entire remodeling but because I got their information from a friend who just used them for their own remodeling project and based on my meeting with Isaac, my doubt fade away and I decided to hire them and give them a shot. Now that my Kitchen remodeling project is complete, I feel so lucky to find them and allowing them to remodel my house. The remodeling started with the design & concept that Isaac did for me after the first meeting that we had and it included most of the things that I had in mind before meeting with him. The design required some minor corrections. After we made the corrections, I felt very confident that my dream kitchen is soon to come true. After I signed the documents with Isaac, He scheduled the starting date for the work and the remodeling went smoothly and without any problem or issue. It was basically a straight forward work that was managed by him and they did no less than a professional work! Once again, there were honestly no big problems or issues during the work and it the kitchen was ready few days before the finishing date that was promised to me by Isaac.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and it was a great idea to search for a contractor that will be able to do it in a fairly price and on time. I did my research in several websites to find the right contractor for me. I was so impressed by what I saw and read on Premium Remodeling’s online profile that included not only reviews and people opinions, but photos that represent his work. I interviewed 6 potential contractors for my kitchen remodeling, compared prices and the scope of work. Isaac at Premium Remodeling stood out because he met with us, listening to what I wanted to get and when I had questions – he answered. His estimate was very similar to the other ones that I got so I decided to hire him. My kitchen space was not big and it was a challenge; Isaac had many perfect ideas that proved that the space was not the issue! His main idea was to take down the wall separating the living room from the kitchen and by that we will get a very large open space of the entire floor. I loved that idea of our home having an open environment connecting all rooms very much. When the wall was removed, I blown away by the large open space. Isaac heard all of my ideas and implemented them into the design of the kitchen. All work was done on time as agreed we agreed upon. I am very happy with the way everything came out. There is more work to be done in my house I am planning on hiring him again for them. Premium Remodeling will do the other remodeling projects that I want to do soon.

This is the second time I have used Premium home remodeling for a remodeling at my house and as I was very happy in the first remodeling, this time was even better and I’m happier with the new kitchen. The new kitchen remodeling that Isaac and his people did for us included the replacement of the wood floor with new travertine one, new upper and lower cabinets, new appliances, lighting fixtures, home automated switches and outlets, new counter top with back splash and new plumbing too. The workmanship is outstanding, the attention to details and even to the smallest ones was remarkable and they refer me to some great sources for kitchen appliances, travertine, marble slabs and more. Like the last time of the remodeling, Isaac handled all the minor extras that I wanted to do or change during the work without any complain and with a smile on his face. I will hire them again next year for my master bathroom and bedroom remodeling project.

Our latest remodeling project included many parts in the original design and Roy among his working crew and sub-contractors were extraordinary to deal and work with. They made sure to explain basically everything before we even started the remodeling project and while the project was in progress, Roy provided us with the daily updates and progress status. They were very experienced and skilled about any issue that came up during the work. More than that, during the work, everyone was very respectful to our neighbors too and they made sure not to make lots of noise while they were working. The working are was kept clean after each day of work and Roy visited the house on a daily basis making sure that everything is going according to the plan. The final results of our kitchen remodeling is outstanding. All the finish details are perfect and we are very happy with the renovation.

We wanted to do big remodeling for our home (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and to get a fresh look and feel to it as well. Our past remodeling, with other contractors was very bad and it caused us to be very concerns about how will hire this time. Premium remodeling was referred to me by a new worker of mine who just hired them and he was very happy. We met with several contractors including Isaac from Premium remodeling. In the end, we felt most comfortable with Isaac and his group. The process could not have gone any smoother. Isaac was all the time on budget and made sure it will be done no less than perfect during the entire remodeling. Isaac’s time frame for the work was less the time of the other contractors. This time schedule was very significant because we were living in the house during the work. Isaac delivered the project as promised and the quality of the work beat our expectations. Our conclusions are that we finally found a contractor who we can trust. We highly recommend Premium remodeling.

I used Premium Remodeling to remodel my kitchen. It included mostly everything brand new.

2. He came over my house several times before we started this project.
3. He came always on time and didn't late or canceled on me.
4. He made sure to come to the house often to see the progress of his workers.
5. His workers were nice people with good attitude and great communication skills. They were able to answer us all the questions and concerns that we had during the work.
6. The payment schedule was pre-defined ahead of time so we didn't have a problem there too.
We will use them again in the future (even though we start talking about the next project that we might do)

Premium remodeling remodeled our master bathroom. Their crew were polite, pleasant and on time. During the demolition part, we found a problem with the sewer pipe due to old age of it. One of the workers who was working on the shower tiles, investigated the problem and tried to fix it but when he couldn’t fix it, he called David (the supervisor) and David sent out his plumber to look at it and fix it the following morning. The sewer problem was fixed and it was not occurred due to any wrong doing of Premium remodeling’ crew just old pipe that was never been cleaned. The designer of the company was able to provide us with several options of design and style from an angle that we didn’t know how we could do. They had very good communications habits and they were always able to answer all of our questions and even if they needed to check first before answering. We do recommend them to anyone who is interesting in having a remodeling project for their house. The experience was a very good despite of the mess and noise associated with a remodel.

Very professional, honest and skilled home remodeling company, very experienced in anything that involved kitchens or bathrooms, expert & clean with focusing on perfection. The price that we were quoted was the final price that we paid when the work was completed, it was completed and finished on the timeframe that was given to us before the work start. When we were talking about the design and options of our new kitchen and bathrooms, we got several good ideas and offers by them and all of them were good and executable. We truly in love with the work that they did and we would recommended them to anyone who is interesting in any type of remodeling.

Our house had a big water damage emergency and we were in a search for someone that will be able to bring all the damage spaces in the house so we can move back to our home. What we needed to do was to remodel the dining room, kitchen, powder room and the guest room including 2 bathrooms. On top of it, we needed to install new hardwood floor all around the first floor and to replace some light fixtures. The kitchen remodeling was the most complex one because it included the replacement of all the cabinets, countertops, sink, appliances, backsplash and all the finishing items. All the people that did the actual work at our house were professional, polite and hardworking. Premium Remodeling did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to work and dealt with. The complete restoration project was done in a very timely manner. We definitely hire them again.
