I met with Prentice Construction representative "Gary" on June 15, 2016, for a major home renovation. He said he would have the estimate ready within two days. Never heard from him. I called the company on Monday, they said he was on vacation. I contacted him via cell and he gave me a verbal estimate. I accepted and asked to be put on the work schedule. I sent numerous texts and left several phone messages asking for a written estimate and contract. Never heard from him again until July 2, 2016, when he texted and said they were too busy to do the job. Unreliable and dishonest describes this business.
