Be aware of the paperwork on this company. The company provided me with falsified workers compensation certificate which during my company's audit costed me thousands of dollars in penalties and fees. Joe Rzeznik president of Presidential Construction & Roofing Inc. kept sending me same non existing workers comp insurances and after audit left me hanging with penalties etc. This company provided same false certificate to Cook County Building Department to obtain permit and I guess many other municipalities. God forbids anyone is injured at your construction site ...Stay away from this company and its unethical owner.
