I recently contracted Richard Pressler to replace my failed hot water heater. When I contacted the office I spoke with Kristin of Pressler Plumbing. Kristin’s told me where I could acquire the same model I had which lasted 24 years. She told me the height etc.which was important because the heater had to fit in a very tight space. The next morning Rich and Kristina came to the house and did an extremely professional and clean job. Once finished Rich thoroughly instructed us on the operation of the unit. Overall we were very impressed with the proficiency, knowledge and professionalism of Rich and Kristina and strongly recommend Pressler Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
