Not a good experience with PCD. I wanted an estimate on a the condition of my 15 year old roof, cost to repair or replace it, and cost of some kitchen work I wanted done. At first he called with an apology the he needed to cancel and a promise to call back to reschedule. Never did and when I called back he just said he was too busy and that I would not like his work anyway?!?!? Not sure what that means, but I sure can't recommend this company to anyone. Is there a 1/2 star option?
