Actually I would give this contractor 2.5 stars.
Ruben has a pleasant personality, but a disregard for his customer's time. When one is being paid for their services and an appointment is scheduled, there is a reasonable expectation the contractor would be on time. On more then one occasion, Ruben has been significantly late to the job and has had to leave in the middle of it to purchase supplies.
This shows a lack of professionalism and preparedness. Furthermore, very little care was taken with cleaning up after the project thereby leaving the resident responsible for such.
I would not recommend Prestige Flooring.
