Has not responded to me in 3+ weeks after initially responding to my concerns about the nails showing throughout the install portion (came and puttied which didnt completely fix but is better), extensive damage not only to baseboards (expected but it was far more than expected - all baseboards had to be repainted and many had to be repaired due to broken drywall, shoddy replacement of molding - but to ceiling (!) and most walls) and about an area where splintered pieces of wood that would injure a barefoot human or a dog's paw were shoved into a gap between existing floor and install - leaving open splinters and rough wood sticking up. Matt came to fix that, tore out a board and the splinters, then announced he did not have a replacement board if right wood/size with him and committed too returning the next week. I have inquired into his wellbeing and texted, called and emailed multiple times since and he has not responded. He needs to pay for the repair as he did share ($250) of the cost of the painting repair with me. He needs to respond to me. I wanted to warn others here.
