We desperately needed an update to our AC unit and Prestige came and evaluated the system. They agreed the system needed help, as it is 25 years old. Outstanding professionalism by this group of gentlemen. They not only respected my home and my family, they went above and beyond to ensure the new system fit securely, safely and up to code. They also found a few things that needed to be addressed and fixed it all so we would be all set! After they turned the system on and checked everything, they checked out temperatures for each of the vents and it was notably cooler - even at the farthest point in our house! All questions were answered and assurances and understanding of what they were doing and why were provided comprehensively and so that we understood. Knowing this summer will be hotter than ever, we feel blessed to have found an outstanding company with more than fair pricing, went above and beyond to ensure everything was sound, on top of outstanding quality services. I will be recommending their services to anyone that will listen. Outstanding job!
