    Prestige Pool....BEWARE of this pool service...if you value your pool equipment and investment you made in your pool stay clear away from Prestige pool service...their service starts off good but in time it becomes a nightmare...we have had issues where they didnt backflush sand filter..didnt put correct chemicals and pool water turned milky white..they didnt clean out pump strainer..didnt clean skimmer basket..they left pump suction valve on off position and almost burnt up our pump...they said they came to clean our pool and sent picture however the picture was not of our pool so they put someone elses pool picture on our address...etc etc...the manager from pool service was hard to reach and had to make numerous calls to talk to someone...nightmare to say the least

    Build outdoor built-in grill with countertops
    $11,600

    Unprofessional, poor customer service and project management. Worst experience of my life working with Prestige Pool and Patio. It was supposed to be a small built in grill with concrete countertops. All parts were in when we gave them $5000 in Feb to start the project. Come April, we had not had any progress even thought my husband was in constant contact with them. Finally they send out a PM, Mike, who got the base installed and then it just sat for several weeks. But of course, they wanted another $3000. Mind you, my husband was in contact with Prestige scheduling and sales everyday trying to get things moved along, but to no avail. Roxanne should be fired, the sales guy we had should be fired...Mike the PM was actually fired. Once they assigned Dom to our project, things moved along, but still had scheduling issues (Roxanne). If you want to pay a lot of money up front and then have your project sit, then by all means, go with Prestige. If you'd actually like your project completed on a designated timeline and have good customer service, then DO NOT use Prestige. I can't even imagine putting in a pool or other large project with Prestige as it would probably take over a year to complete and would be the worst headache ever. I do not have one good thing to say about Prestige Pool and Patio. Run and do not use them!

    Remodel pool

    In my opinion, I found this company to be extremely unprofessional. We originally contracted Prestige for a pool renovation in October. The project is still yet to be completed and the owner and salesmen refuse to answer calls, respond to emails, or voicemail.

    I would say if you want a company you can rely on, this may not be the company for you. I'm truly disappointed in the quality of service. I've never dealt with a company like this. I'm truly baffled.
