Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Our pool renovation project (new liner, steps, add a diving board, new pool decking) began May 8th and was confirmed for completion for June 15th. Because they did not meet their completion commitment, (but continued to tell us it was going to be ready) I had to at the last minute cancel two birthday parties, a 4th of July party (with family from out of town), and a going away party. It is now July 16th and I still have a giant unfinished hole in my backyard. Workers have been here a total of 5x for the renovation job, for a contract that was signed 2.5 months ago. A job that was supposed to be done in less than 6 weeks is now going on 10 weeks. Very poor communication, project management and ZERO reliability have been demonstrated throughout this ordeal.
Our yard was left in shambles with huge trenches dug for over 1.5 months, which was a safety concern for our two dogs. Every time Prestige Pool workers have come they leave the yard a mess. Rusty sharp rebar they left in our backyard cut my kids, there are sharp nails on the decking and inside the pool everywhere. The new cement they poured was not level and also dipped 1/2 inch on one slab. When we asked that it be completed correctly, it took them 3.5 weeks to return to repair their mistake.
The company is unreliable, unprofessional, and has caused an undue amount of stress for our family. The job was quoted poorly, planned and executed poorly, and now extra costs are skyrocketing. This was the worst decision I ever made to work with this company. I urge you to stay away!!! They operate in a very shady, unprofessional manner. Our neighbor even has a picture of them pouring cement down the sewer!
