We hired Prestige Pro Landscapes & Hardscapes Inc for a backyard project, including turf installation. While we paid all milestone payments on time (including for the turf), the turf was never installed
Later, the company demanded additional payment for a design that had already been approved on-site with verbal assurance of no extra cost. They also refused to provide a detailed breakdown when asked to justify new charges.
When we pushed for clarification, they began delaying the work further and attempted to walk back previous promises — including a prepared turf base layout they had already installed.
We are now considering legal action due to incomplete work, poor communication, and unjustified cost demands.
? If you value clarity, fairness, and completion of contracted work, I would not recommend this company.

We hired Prestige Pro in November 2024 after a detailed planning process that included landscaping, a putting green, cement work, a fire pit with a bench, and specific trees and plants. Roger and Pam were involved throughout, and Roger even referred us to a pool company they were coordinating with. Everything seemed well-organized at first.
However, once the work began, it became clear that many of the items we had thoroughly discussed were not actually included in the contract — and according to Pam and Roger, anything not explicitly written down wasn’t their responsibility. As a result, we ended up with no landscaping at all, despite it being a major part of our original plan.
The turf was installed, but it was done poorly. Our French drains are still visible and were never properly sunk into the ground. Like others we've since spoken with — and as reflected in similar public reviews — we experienced big promises with very little follow-through. What we were told we’d receive and what was actually delivered are two very different things.
We are now considering legal action.
