Not going to say it was a perfect experience but I will say in the end we have a beautiful fiberglass (Clearwater Beach model) pool that we LOVE. From LED lights, to remote control, to our waterfall, already some great memories made;) Ryan and his crew were going through a transitional year, so we understand it wasn't as ideal as we had hoped. I do honestly, but sadly, believe that we would have experienced worse with most others! The follow through has already improved greatly. Our pool was done timely and with COVID it has been a god-send. We experienced electrical concerns, nothing to do with Prestigious pools, but they helped us find out it was a PECO issue.
