- over 7 months to complete small kitchen job
- had to have plumbing redone
- subcontractor plumber threatening
- Preston himself tried to fix plumbing while admitting he's not a plumber
- Preston talks in circles as if whom he's speaking to isn't smart enough to understand what's going on
- product installed not the product ordered and paid for (tile)
