    We had a negative experience working with this contractor and personally would not recommend. In our case there were portions of the project that did not align with the contract, for example:

    - Some aspects of work did not match what was in the contract,
    - Process for changes and approvals was not followed,
    - It was not made clear to us that certain portions of the project were much more than budgeted until payment was due (plumbing)
    - The project completion date was not going to be met (it took 2 additional months for us to finish a renovation project that originally had a 6 month schedule).

    Many of the issues had to do with lack of communication and transparency. We also had to pay another contractor to re-install all of our new windows since they were not installed correctly the first time.

    Please ask for references with this contractor to make sure they can do the work you are requesting, and that it will match your expectations.
