They came out and did a good job with the sod and the irrigation system. However, I have been having issues with my irrigation system recently. I reached out to Renee on a Thursday, and he told me he would be out to my house on Monday. Monday rolls around, and he doesn’t show up. I contacted him and he told he would be out on Tuesday. Guess what… he doesn’t show up. Nor does he call. On Wednesday, I reached out to him and he told me that he had an emergency in Austin, and that he would be out on Thursday. I understood, but asked him to communicate with me if he can’t make it. Thursday comes, no show, and no call. At this point I was extremely disappointed. He would respond to my text, even though I could see that he read them. So I decided to call him on my wife’s phone. He immediately picked up. I explained to him that I was not happy with him not showing up, or even contacting me. He apologized and said he will be there Friday at 12:30. I left work early on Friday, again, and guess what… no show again, and no communication. I reached out to him via text, and he wouldn’t respond. I called him, but he wouldn’t answer. My irrigation system has a warranty, and he won’t even come out to look at it. By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
