I had a very negative experience with Mr. David Price, Priceless Construction. We never had a written BID or contract throughout our projects (My mistake to trust Mr. Price). We agreed to pay as the labor was performed (totaling over $22,000). When the project was near complete (and paid in advance for the last week for siding and dry wall), Mr. Price delivered an invoice for over $14,000. I had to give him an additional check in order for him to finish the siding and dry wall. I then had to pay the dry wall contractor myself because Mr. Price refused. Mr. Price then put a Mechanics Lien against my property for over $18,000. Be very cautioned when hiring this construction company.
