Since Pride Development and Construction designed and constructed a beautiful extension to my home 10 years ago , I have used them for all my interior and exterior renovations. These include finishing a basement , 2 new bathrooms, installing a deck , fence, and siding as well as others.
The owner is a perfectionist which is reflected in the workmanship. The crews also work in a diligent manner and are hardworking a respectful. The work areas are kept as clean as possible and projects are done in a timely manner.

I have nothing but high praise for Pride Development &
Construction. I have relied on them for my home
improvement and repair needs, ranging from the
larger projects to the smaller repair jobs. Three years
ago, they repaired and waterproofed my basement. Prior
to the repair, I would get significant flooding even after
a minor rainstorm, due to huge cracks on the basement
foundation wall. Pride did an excellent job. The timing
could not have been better because Hurricane Sandy
hit New York a year later. My basement was bone dry
(my home is located in Staten Island, 3 blocks from the
shore). Pride also painted the full interior of my home
two years ago. They did a fantastic job. They paid
attention to the details, used high quality paints, and
took great care to protect my furniture and floor. Recently
I hired Pride to handle water leakage from my boiler and
electrical outages due to issues with the wiring and
circuit breakers. They were able to locate the source of
both problems and resolve it quickly and efficiently. I
give Pride high marks for their quality workmanship.
