They came to my house back in March 2014 to check on a pump issue I was having. While they did fixed the problem at the time one of their workers left one of the pumps in the ON position rather than AUTO. This lead to both my pumps burning out and a cost to me of $5,500 to replace. They deny any wrong doing but they were the last to touch my system.
